How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped by Swiss Post or DHL. If you are not at home, the letter carrier will leave your package at the postal station for you to pick up.

How long does the shipping take?

Your jewelry will be shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment (except engravings). Delivery within Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany will be made within 1-2 working days.

For international shipments, the delivery time depends on the destination country (usually 3-8 working days).

From where will my product be shipped?

We have two warehouses. In Switzerland & Germany. Depending on the destination country, the jewelry will be shipped from the warehouse in Switzerland or Germany.

This way we can guarantee that there are no additional costs like customs etc for deliveries in the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.


How can I return or exchange my goods?

It may happen that an item needs to be returned. If this is the case, please read our return policy here.

Please note that items not purchased from us online (for example, items purchased from retail stores) cannot be exchanged or returned with us. Please feel free to contact our customer service department at the email support@gisellejewelry.com if you have any questions.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

The product I would like to buy is out of stock. When will it be available again?

If your favorite item is ever out of stock, we will get it for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this process may take a few weeks.

Where is the jewelry produced?

We are in close contact with our manufacturers. So we prefer to produce our jewelry in Europe. The collections in 925 sterling silver and 9k gold are all made in a small manufactory in Portugal.

The diamond collection in 18k gold all come from a manufactory in Italy.

We are especially proud of our engraving service. All personalizations are made by us personally in Switzerland!

Is GISELLE only available online?

No. GISELLE is also available as a flagship store in Zurich. We are looking forward to your visit at Bleicherweg 18, 8002 Zurich.

To make your shopping at GISELLE as comfortable and secure as possible, we offer you different payment methods:

With an order with us you give us your trust. This trust has top priority for us. Other information, such as credit card data, is not stored by us. All data you give us can be viewed, changed or deleted by you at any time in the "My Account" section.

Will my data be shared with third parties?

All data that you entrust to us will at no time be passed on to third parties outside the Giselle company.

Excluded are our fulfillment and transport service providers. We transmit your desired delivery address so that we can carry out the shipment.
