There may be times when an item needs to be returned. If this is the case, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the following:

2. Reason for return
3. Exchange or refund of purchase price.
Please make sure that these details are also in your return package.
For all jewelry that is personalized (engraving), specially made for you (MadeToOrder), anyway SALE products the right of return is not applicable.
How long do I have?
From receipt (as receipt is the attempt of the 1st delivery) you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. To do so, you must inform us (Giselle Willner AG, email@example.com) by letter or e-mail of your decision to withdraw from this contract and return the goods to us.

Please return the jewelry in its original packaging to the above address. Please enclose a letter with your order number, desired delivery address and information about the desired exchange.
Who bears the costs for the return?
You have to bear the costs for the return.
As soon as we receive the goods in original packaging, within the return period and in a resalable condition, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be made via the same payment method as you have chosen.
If you send a product back to us unannounced, we cannot process the return correctly. In addition, there is no clear withdrawal from the contract without a written cancellation. For this reason, unannounced return shipments will not be processed.
Return shipments without sender or order number
If you send a product back to us without a sender or order number, we cannot correctly assign the return. For this reason, return shipments without information of the buyer or the order number will not be processed.
